No Fair

I haven't been out for a run today, due to a twisted ankle, not happy!!
I have been looking like a right numpty hobbling around!
I went swimming with a girl Emily from uni on Friday and I felt like jelly after, that's when I think I twisted it, so looks like ankle up and staring at the ceiling again tomorrow, I'll see how it is and might go for a brisk walk!
