1,2 and 3rd year to go

Well there's my 2nd year of university passed! thank god for that! though not to the standard I want. I think  there is a massive problem with this system now and I'm not just saying this because I'm not up to the mark, that I should be to get into a PGCE course, but whose to say that just because a person hasn't quite got the mark but is capable of the course then why shouldn't they. What I'm trying to say is, I think that there are teachers out there who are better than the qualification they received, some people don't seem to be able to get what they know onto paper to that standard but doesn't make them any less and perfectly able to teach the children to a fantastic standard. I was talking about this to one of the teachers at the school I'm working at, and he didn't get the perfect degree, but the way the children respond to him is amazing and the result the children achieve is remarkable, so maybe a teacher with the excellent degree, that a teacher is 'meant' to have may not always get the best out of the children. I think it is, how well you can get the information across to the children, not necessarily how well you can write a essay to the highest standard.
